The Haynesville Shale, TheHat May Strike It Rich!

I dont know if anybody here knows about this, but the Haynesville Shale, which is a natural gas field has been dubbed the next gold rush.

And yours truly, TheHat, is sitting right on top of it!

I will be frank. Right now, people I know all around me are getting anywhere from $200-$4,250 per acre upfront. This doesnt include the 1/4 and 3/16 royalty per mineral acre taken afterwards by the wells themselves. Who is giving out these large lump sums of dough? The oil and gas companies. They are willing to give people top dollar in order to lease their land for at least 5 years.

I have a couple of old friends whose families are going to be raking in over $54,000 a month from this. A MONTH, not a year, A MONTH!!!!! I will let you do the math on that one.

Of course, one must do their homework to find out how big a chunk you can get. If you take the initial offers from the O & G companies will be doing yourself a huge mistake b/c that is just an initial offer from the O & G company.

As of right now, I have an initial offer, I wont say how much, but I will soon be negotiating it up to the gentlemen whom I know is getting the $4,250 per acre.

This guy I am talking about had an initial offer of only $300 an acre. So he asked around and found another O & G company dishing out $4,250/acre, so he went back to the othe company that gave him the initial offer and asked for the same the other guy was getting. The O & G company told him if he shows them the receipt from the gentleman getting the $4250/acre then they would be happy to do the same.

And whats more? Everyone in the northwest corner of Louisiana now knows about this and the prices are only getting higher!

If you want to know more about it, google: Haynesville Shale.

The O & G gold rush is acomin!

Hey hack! No new news as of late on this.

Now, I cant say that for others in the area, the price per acre keeps going up if you own alot of land.

Stay Tuned!

hat, is that per acre per month? Also, the 1/4 royalty, is that 25% of the net profit, gross profit ?? I'm curious but heck i'll let someone mess up my yard for a good monthly fee with a condition that it must be returned to it's pre-use condition (and if it can't be, then they buy it) and they are responsible for any superfund cleanup fees
