I prefer to drink a "Franziskaner" (often sold wrongly as "Cappuchino" in some Kaffeehäuser while being the same as a Franziskaner) or a "Kapuziner" sometimes also an "Einspänner".

Franziskaner (Melange with whipped cream)

Kapuziner (double Mocca with whipped cream)

Einspänner (the absolute highlight, a mocca with extra large portion whipped cream and with luck special powder sugar)

You see I am a whipped cream fan , but when I happen to look at my budget I also buy from time to time only the minimal version of coffee, a "kleiner Brauner". Not much more than a shot of coffee (served with milk), but if you primary aim is to read all the tons of newspapers it might be your choice too.

PS:
Those pictures are astonishingly near to what you get served there.

Fools. The best coffee is Jamaican Blue Mountain. And only that picked at exactly 7,388 feet. And of that, only the beans picked by Jacques, who works on monday and tuesday, not that of Aristide who works only on wednesday. You can tell by the numbers on the bag.

Aaaaah, my Espresso in the morning......

Mocha is my roast. From the beans of course, as drunk at my fav coffee spots, either F@K or 82B Tom. Joy.

And I like my coffe like I like my men , strong, white and bitter (should not let my boyfriend read this!!, as he is black and as sweet as can be!)
