I've heard rumors about someone who was interested in taking France's spot (not me). In the meantime, I can make moves for France, if called upon to do so. I have an idea of what I think France was going to do based upon its movements thus far, and I would make my moves approximate AH's strategy thus far.

Or you can wait for the new dude. I'll let Drake make the call and thus remain impartial.

After consultation with the other mods, it was agreed that I would be given permission to alter africanhope's account so that I could enter it, read his PM's and then make the move he PROBABLY would have made.

I have done so, and I will attempt to imitate what he was going to do. It's nothing really fancy.

I sent orders for France. I imagine Drake is offline because he's sleeping. He'll probably have new maps by tomorrow morning. Just my guess though.

Well, got France covered for next round (billy is back). HOWEVER...no orders from Russia! (strike 1 of 2). I'll check back after work tomorrow at about 4 PM CST and if there is still nothing then we'll be looking for a new Russian player.
