I think that I will not advise Wraith too much. Given how noob laiden this game is, I'll let him figure it out. He's in a decent position though, I'd say.

It makes no sense how you could interpret it as a rhetorical question. It normally takes a day or two for people to send in their winter re-supply moves. Did you send out a PM telling people how many supply centers they got a few minutes ago? |

No that's an unnecessary step. Its more efficient for people simply to include unit preferences in their orders. For example, "if I get Kiel I want an army built in Liverpool." It works fine. |
