Is College Football Better Than The Great N.f.l.?
I just watched one of the best football games I've seen.
Michigan Wolverines vrs Florida Gators.
Much better than any N.F.L. game this year.
Is the N.F.L. teams mismatched or are they taking their fans for granted?
Ladies and Gentlemen I await your thoughts on this subject?

I have a bias as I go to 6 Texas games or so a year, but I think college football is much more fun.

I prefer the college games, more fun, more spirit, more team atmosphere.
Yeah... Great game. I was pulling for the Gators, I always gotta go with the South.
To me the New England Patriots are a great, big...... yawn.

presluc, college football is the last great sport left!!! I am a huge LSU Tiger fan. And right now, well the last 5 or 6 years actually....lol, has been a great time to be a tiger fan!!!
Yeah I watched the Gators game, and I was pulling for my fellow SEC teams, which is kind of weird...lol, but Florida has had a suspect defense all year long and it showed yesterday. Dont worry though, FLorida is very, very young on both sides of the ball and will be a pre-season Top 10 team in 2008. Watch out for Florida, USC, and Georgia next year!!
Oh did I tell you, I love college football?
I enjoy the NFL, but the college game to me, just has more excitement and more unpredictability then the same old NFL. I enjoy watching the Patriots and COlts (both of which have quite a few former LSU players on them ) along with whoever else is doing good at the time, but that is really as far as I go with it. I mainly like to watch teams with former LSU players on them : Pats, Colts, Cowboys, Giants, Chiefs, etc.

Most if not all of the Green Bay packers started to play football in college.
Many hasn't changed their style that much.

Yes he was. And Michigan, finally played up to their potention in the Capital One Bowl.
UM might have gotten beat alot this year, but just like Florida, they are loaded with talent, you just never know when all that talent will come together at the right time. That is what is so great about college football.
Look at USC. They have 5 or 6 deep in 5 star recruits at some positions, but they still cant go undefeated with all that talent. It is finding the right talent at the right time week after week that gets its done.
Honestly I dont know why Carr is resigning. Every coach gets beat by a bad team sooner or later. Look at Bama and Saban getting beat by ULM. LSU got beat by UAB a few years back. It happens. I mean Carr redeemed whatever he lost with that bowl win. Florida, even with a not so great defense, is no easy win. They have one of the best offenses in college. They put points on the board regardless of the opponent.
