Seems that there are a bunch of stupid cases that have come up. Two others being the Christmas Trees in the Seatle airport, and Christmas Bells in CT.
Boortz has a great idea, go to a looser pays court system. That could very well bring a sharp decline in stupid lawsuits like those listed.

He has every right to request, but when they start to threaten a fucking law suit then he's gone over the line. I applaud the air port for taking down all the Christmas Trees, a nice "up yours" to those that are throwing around stupid law suits every time they feel offended.
On a side note, the trees are going back up now.

If a 4 year old kid can be accused of something like this, there are a lot of other kids that could face the same fate. A lot of kids get more attention at school that they do at home. It sounds like the kid was showing appreciation.
Anyone who ever hugged an adult female knows something like this can happen.

A four year old is still a baby! It is entirely appropriate for a baby to snuggle up to moms chest- he was just seeing the teachers aid as a surrogate mom. If he were 14, now...

Its good to see that beyond all partisan borders the pervert nature of such legal cases is seen as what it is.
Alone the idea to sue a 4 year old is beyond anything. What a person can do shit like that?
