Well I'll be damned, it's not a fake.
But in all seriousness there is no way that this can be taken as a good reason for why weed should stay illegal. If anything I bet you at least 5 of us are more tempted to smoke just because.

I really don't get why these pictures would make you think weed is bad. They're just a bunch of hippies and people dressed up. Does that really surprise us?
Is people dressing up weirdly illegal or something?

Not much different from a football game, where fat drunks jump up and down, shirtless in sub-freezing weather painted up with the team colors.
Or the Mummers in Philadelphia.

Well, seeing as how I am a Seattle resident and have gone to hempfest, I would say that you picked the most extreme pictures.

Who cares? Theres wierdos everywhere. Making drugs illegal doesn't get rid of them or drugs, just makes the problems associated with them alot worse. Stop getting involved in things that other people choose to do.

Hempfest...for those who want to go somewhere and associate with people that like the same thing.
So what? Who is anyone to judge? I didn't know that people actually sit on the computer and wait to judge someone else for doing something that particular person does not agree with. As it was said before, there really are weirdos every where. I live in a beautiful town in Florida, packed full of nice places and tourist traps, yet if you go to "the bad part of town" you find street walkers and guys checking pay phone slots for needles to shoot up. Just because these people find joy in going to an outdoor concert full of people they can relate to does not mean they are awful people. How come you aren't criticizing the Star Wars Convention? Because you attend? People are obviously attracted to people that are like them....where is the harm in that?

Hah! Are you kidding? God's creation is perfect, a true mirror reflection of his own perfection. God makes no mistakes. Cannabis as a plant is harmless, in fact most of--if not all--plants that are converted into drugs by people have genuine medicinal properties. What most people either refuse to acknowledge or are too ignorant to realize is that the process of refining drugs like marijuana and cocaine involves extracting a single tiny (usually addictive, unhealthy, etc.) element of the plant, intensifying it, then repeating the process numerous times. The result of the process is the creation of disgusting substances that idiots like those at "Hempfest" mindlessly indulge on. Only a human being could take something as harmless as cannabis and turn it into something vile for the sole purpose of idiotic mindless indulgence.
God doesn't make mistakes, humans make mistakes, in fact humans are downright fuck-ups. If you're going to blaspheme around people who are sensitive to that sort of thing, I'd appreciate it if you'd please at least take some time to read up on the issue you're commenting on (in this case the process of refining drugs like marijuana, cocaine, etc.)

One question. If "god doesn't make any mistakes", then why are humans "downright fuck-ups"?
