What Is Law, Baby Don't Hurt Me?
The issue we new have is a case in Vermont were a man obtained some property from his dieing grandfather. The Auntie of the man forged documents and had the property fraudulently conveyed to herself in which the man has the documents to prove his claims. Upon conveyance, the Auntie allowed the county government to put cameras in the mans house and observe his movements with numerous accusations such as terrorism. The man has not been able to get a job sense. Whenever the man attempts to commence a case the State says that: "it's States secrets and case cannot commence". But not that because of the States action, the man is suffering from "Economic Duress" & "BlackListing" being that the phone lines are tapped and whenever he attempts to seek employment the operators of the surveillance block him from his attempts. The man has stated that: "he has been picked up on numerous occasions in the middle of the night and taken to a secret hearing were the County fines him on accusations even on incidents from 10 to 20 yrs ago, in addition, fines him on present communications of his remarks on what he is going through stating that he is being a civil disturbance". The mans hands are tied. The county wants money from the wrongfully obtained evidence and yet block him from any due process, challenges or defenses, and from any economic benefit or self preservation. How can this man carry on or get back on an even footing? The law is working against him when the paper says that these are guaranteed rights, so what does he do? He can't go anywhere cause he can't afford to. I'm really stuck on this analysis, because if the courts want enforce his rights, he is literally finished. Talk to me community, and shed some of your wisdom and help me crack this quag mier. Are there any other remedies to relieve this man? Can he be saved or is he to slowly rot away by these sanctions of the state? In all seriousness, what can he do?
