UNC Student murderer: Eliminate him

2nd Suspect In Slaying Of UNC Student?, Cops: Photo Appears To Show Second Person In SUV That May Have Belonged To Eve Carson - CBS News

A photo was taken of a person using Eve Carson's ATM card, while he was driving an SUV. If they can definitively ID that SUV has Carson's, then the guy who killed her should be eliminated. They won't kill him, but I just want to say that he should be eliminated. Killed right on the spot.

I would prefer the slow painful route. I am against the death penalty because I want to let the people on the inside take care of the dirty work. They aren't kind enough to use things like lethal injection or the gas chamber.

Why stoop to their level? Why not try to rehabilitate or punish them on a more humane level?

Simply put, they don't deserve it.

Personally, I'm a little worried about the use of the death penalty because a lot of death penalty sentences get overturned. That being said, if the perpetrator is driving the victims SUV, using her ATM card, and there is other physical evidence, this guy should be taken out.

Damn rehabilitation. He can rehabilitation in the next life.

I'm so mixed on the death penalty, I don't know what to think. Obviously, if convicted, the dude doesn't deserve to live; but at the same time, executions seem too much like a leftover of Hammurabi's Code. Blahhhhh

look the death penelty is an excelent idea! For the simple fact that it is so much easier on the society we do not have to pay for these fuckers to live. Imagine someone murders someone you love now this murderer is caught and gets life in jail. You now no longer have that loved one with you but out of your hard earned money YOU have to pay for this murderer to live in jail.If you have kids your children is burdened to pay for this guy to live. And who has to pay for his rehibilitation?? YOU!! Now you can say that life in jail would be rough for him and that he will get raped beat up and all that but guess what he would adapt to that life after awhile he would be very comfortable getting raped or beat up in fact he might even be doing the raping and beating up after being in there for a few years.

He would be ajusted to life behind bars the main word is LIFE, all the while your loved one left this life at the hands of this bastard and hes still living. The most humane thing to do is to chop his head off put him in the ground and let his body be worth something let it fertilize the earth. This way your hard earned money would be paying the executioner and not the murderer!!!

Stooping to their level would be killing another innocent college student. Killing the person that did this is no worse than taking out the trash.

In my high school justice and law class (over 10 years ago) we learned that it cost the State of Ohio around $1,000,000 to put someone to death when you take into account court fees and appeals. To put someone in jail for life cost the state about $100,000. If you are in favor of the cheapest route you should be against the death penalty.

I'm more in favor of painful public humilliation (i.e. whipping to death) followed by parading the offender's head around on a pike. See how many more people are confident to murder innocents then.
