When I was studying biology at my Catholic girls' school we were told that the theory of evolution could be disproven. The evidence? If you cut off a monkey's tail and breed it with another monkey who has also had its tail cut off it will not produce a tailless monkey.

Erm...I'm 12 and you're 50 and even I can see that's not what the theory of evolution means.

No wonder I stopped being Catholic.
