The question is not whether evolution as a theory right or not .
The fundamental question is :Can we allow science to take religion head on?
The politicians are not scientists .Its not their job to see which "theory" runs or does not run. But as I said it is important to understand the implications of
such conclusion ...
Can the Vatican Pope be blamed for all the crimes plaguing the society?
If religion is the Virus then Pope is the carrier.
What do doctors do when they find a virus?
They eradicate it from the face of earth. (e.g chicken pox)
Are such analogies welcome in our society?

Leads to a conclusion that sick game is being played.
Sick game is played by sick people
In other words player or the God is sick
In other words religion is sick
What if the reason is sick?
What if the propagater of such a reason is sick?
What if those who support such reasonable people are sick?

We can create sick statements as well for exmple:

Did you understand the above statement? And if yes then what did you understand?

Reason can drive one to sickness if not checked by a human soul.

We can not rule out the possibility of sick game from the scientists.
Just imagine 70-80% people believe in Religion and we find one day a "valid" conclusion that Religion is a Virus.
People are irrational and mad as they follow people who believe that Sun revolves round the Earth.. or the Earth is flat ..
Who cares what the truth is ...as long as it is working and keeping the society happy.

Again I ask :
Can Science prescribe a way of Life?
If not . Then it should shut up.The case against religion gets dismissed becuase it is essential to keep my world running and happy.
If they do not refrain from their venomous triad against keepers of morality and social stability they will be punished.

No theory is my problem . My problem is good governance.

In THEORY reason would produce reasonable things. Whether or not they are positive depends on the circumstance.

We have all seen what theocracy produces (which is what I am assuming your last sentence implies... there is a word for it). It ends up not being sensible at all.

Anyways I am pretty sure you want to deplore religion to create a consciouness without any direction or purpose .
The immature science plays crucial role in shaping the future ..
It doesnt offer any lifestyle to its followers ..

What I mean to say is this:
Because science has been useful and because religion has been useful.
I can not allow this kind of deduced attacked on each other.
Because sometimes deductions are absurd.

From sceintific point of view: will you not blame Pope for all the ills of the society ???
A scientific future would like to get rid of all the prophets and religious men.
This scientific future is growing in our own backyard.
The education is purposeless . It is unable to give any direction to thinkers or the doers.

But so is true for any organised structure.
Science might have given you a luxurious bed but the sleep comes from society.
Science might build massive structures but the it is inhabited by people.

Killing religion to further the materialistic cause is unacceptable.
