That we humans are in a necessary ignorant state, easily explains the many many different kinds of confusions we display.

We have atheists who beleive in nothing.

We have people that beleive that Earth was "seeded" by space going humans and that's where we came from.

Then we have people who beleive in God. Many different KINDS of God. And these folks argue and point at other beleivers of God and explain why THEIR version is wrong.

This is what happens when you have ignorance, confusion AND arrogance (precipitated by our growing grasp of the physical reality we inhabit) coupled with a complete lack of humility.

There are miracles that cannot be explained by science. Science being the atheists security blanket, will always be used to SOMEHOW justify and explain every miracle.

I disagree. 100 years ago men thought that if you drove over 100 mph you would fall to pieces. We discovered it was not true. We keep discovering smaller and smaller pieces of matter. We find new species of animals. We find new stars. We solve old problems.

Just bvecause something can't currently be explained does not mean that God did it. It means we have yet to discover why and how it happened.

Yes, you're right. We DO continue discovering things. This is to be expected. We aren't all just sitting here doing nothing. The more we discover, the more we discover how ignorant we truly ARE. There are those of us who confuse greater acquisition of knowledge with a sort of godlike capability. The worship of the small amount of knowledge we have arises, from human arrogance, confusion and lack of humility.

Just because something can't currently be explained does not mean that God did NOT do it. There are things that are beyond our capabilities of "discovering". But, when one believes one is Godlike, this will not and cannot be recognized or admitted. "There is nothing beyond us. We will soon know ALL."

Likewise, just because something can not be explained does not mean that a deity did it.

I see you're going to avoid any decent interaction as always. Ignore what anyone else says and pretend it's insignificant and go on with your own statements.

Yes, as always, it's been fun. When I get REALLY really bored, I'll waste more time with ya :-)

I did not mean to contradict you, but I thought that this was a discussion, not a validation of position or thought. If I am boring, well, I can honestly say that I have never been accussed of that.

That is probably the #1 reason I've been against religion sections on debate forums.

Everybody has a god, everybody worships something. I choose to worship God, but some people choose to worship money, women, power, or other material things. The people who do this call themselves atheists but really it is their own religion. A religion that worships man-made idols or thoughts. Therefore atheism can never exist. Everybody has a god.

Like wise i believe that Everybody, whether they want to or not, is a product of God and will one day be called to face judgement on their life on earth. They will choose to go to hell because they choose to follow idols. not the one true god. When they realize they have made the wrong choice, they will weep because they will be eternally seperated from God and his love.

That is when everybody will be held accountable for their actions.

I like and agree with most of what you say.

It precipitates a question though.

From ME at least.

What OF, those of us who are humble enough to admit ignorance ? What OF, those of us who WISH to know ?

I'm speaking of us agnostics obviously.

What of US ?

We're not close minded to EITHER side, but wish we had better access to MORE.

More information.

One cannot say; "Just read the Bible." because the Bible only creates more doubt and questions.

I mean, WHY are there so many DIFFERENT interpretations all telling the OTHERS that they are WRONG ?

Why do humans feel the NEED to be in constant CONFLICT ?

About SOMETHING.

ANYTHING.
