I don't have any issue with the scriptures Yes i believe Jesus is the great I AM. I have enormous issues with social & political constructs that utilise a form of christianity that is toxic, corrupt to the core & riddled with agendas.

As for discourse re the validity of God's existence it is an inherently flawed stance as spirit reads spirit and the intellect is hideously limited... Some may feel superior they have ascended to great lofty heights of insight & knowledge there is no spiritual facet to life ... Others may become so enarmoured of their self percieved spiritual status/stupendous insights they become parroting scriptures & pedantic nightmares to be around... Others become rabid fundamentalists.... Utlimately it is a no win.... We all must walk our journey - chose our path... Does not the Bible say Men's knowledge is fools wisdom... For me that is a great pearl of wisdom... i rest my case

Not to step on Havoc Wreaker's toes, but if you're defending the view that Jesus is god, your view is automatically irrational and absurd. You must believe by faith, not by logic or reason. You must believe in regards to the Bible that "What's in this book is true, because it's in this book." That is irrational.

If Jesus is God or Gods son then that means that Mary had spritual fornication with God, also Marry was married to Joseph This would make God an adulterer for having spiritual sex with mary, also if God and Mary was not married then Jesus is the bastard child of God, also if Jesus is God then God is a racist!! Because God chose a color and a race to come to earth as and he also chose a profession he was a carpenter(and not a very good one).

Also if Jesus is God then when he was a baby he was circumcised, who touched and cut Gods penis. And was his penis bigger or smaller than the man who cut it God had a small penis??balls?? God sucked on Marys breast?? Im sorry this sounds more like a man not a God, further more if we say he is God then explain all of these confusing questions. How could God have a bastard child with his own creation?? Would you sleep with your own daughter to make a child?? your own daughter is you and your wifes creation. we are Gods creation if we wouldnt do it and we see that as nasty then why cant we see God as having a child with his own creation as nasty. This is confusion it cannot be from God!!!

im sorry i was not making fun i was pointing out facts that must be answered if he is God and the confusion that comes along with saying that he is GOD. What makes it more rational if we look at Jesus as a man of God a prophet of Gods one who came to bring new meaning to the old testement. Knowledge is the miricle itself and for him to teach new understanding is a miricle however his own diciples didnt understand him.

An underlying point, which you may not be aware you made, is that the god of the bible possesses many qualities which we would see as very negative if they were displayed by another human being. We would certainly see them as immoral and unethical, which means that the god of the bible is not "perfect" and therefore fictional.

For example, the god of the bible is a peeping tom. He's always watching everyone, 24/7. He's watching you have sex. He's watching you defecate and urinate. He's watching you blow your nose. He's watching you take a shower. Etc.
