This forum exists to facilitate civil discussions and debates. Condescending, rude, and annoying remarks and insults are awarded with temporary and permanent bans. People who seek actual discussion and debate about the issues will find the forum rules intuitive. Those who seek to bully, insult, annoy or spam will not last long on the forum.

* The primary forum rules follow below. You may read the complete FORUM RULES after registering, however you're registration will indicate that you agree to abide by all of the forum rules. Discuss the issue, not the poster is the forum motto.

Main Forum rules:

* Rule 1: No direct personal attacks (i.e. Person X is an idiot.)

* Rule 2: No indirect personal attacks (i.e. I dislike Person X's idiocy.)

* Rule 3: No trolling. Trolling is defined as baiting or provoking another poster with rude, disrespectful, or condescending remarks. Trolling also includes posting up comments that de-rail thread topics with nonsense.

* Rule 4: No speculation about the personal lives of other posters.

* Rule 5: Moderators enforce the forum rules. Moderators also express their own political opinions and their political opinions have no impact on their enforcement of the rules. Publicly criticizing moderators on their enforcement of the rules or moderators themselves are not allowed.

Moderators are empowered to edit or delete ANY post for ANY reason, as well as to ban any poster who makes trollish and/or low quality comments.. To appeal any moderator decision, follow the steps in the TUTORIAL to send the appeal to the entire mod team.

* Rule 6: Posters who post excessive partisan taunts, hyperbole, one-liners, and irrational rants may be asked to leave by the moderators.
