Congress is as strong as it needs to be. While you're railing against Bush, keep in mind that it's the Congress that lets Bush get what he wants.
Congressional power isn't the issue. It's HOW they use that power that is in need of more scrutiny by their bosses, who just happen to be US, by the way.

Bush is much like most people. They only do what they are ALLOWED to do, or what they can get away with. At the end of the day it is Congress that holds most of the power, and ALL of the oversight responsibility.

you say Congress is strong but the majority feels that Bush has blackmailed them! by Congress not saying no! then they are not a congress as far as Iraq our responsibility it's a middle east country and for the past six years it's been chaotic there if anyone in this country no pun intended had a sense of reason and understanding GOD does not care for Iraq anymore they keep fighting they keep killing let iraq be destroyed! this bickering is pointless and idiotic examples
