How intelligent or inspirational are the leaders of today?

1. The business guides every aspect of life.
2. Whatever is taught or propagated is done to promote Business Interests.
3. Greediness is considered good.
4. Irrational approaches are heavily funded.
5. String theory has been running for 25 years (and has not produced a single testable result ..) A pure theoretical excercise which has enough complications to make anyone mad. This theory is by product of a culture which doesnt believe in simplicity. It insists on complexity.
6. The God Delusion portrays religion as Virus.
7. Media propagates false perception of Gene replication theory.
Selfishness word is deliberately used to promote greed oriented business culture.
(Selfish gene stands without any expectional reasoning.
There is nothing selfish about the genes.)
8. No body assigns any overall purpose to the human existence nor prescribes any preferred direction for Humans.No morals. No religion.
The term humanity is exploited for political gains.
9. Any media event shows total lack of respect for ideas which lead to self righteousness. All which matters is business.
10.The system sucks the soul.
11. Several aspects of relgion are denied completely. Deliberately some scientists try to create situations in which an individual can not carry his or her religious sentiments and be rational at the same time.
12.The religious heads(including the jehadis) play the game for everything else other than religion.
13.The political landscape pretends to be secular. It secretly favours or promotes religion to serve its own "political" purpose. Religion is not used as source of inspiration..
14. Science and /or scientists shows no humility.It carries a sense of false pride.
15. Majority of the people suffer from disease or have some kind of psychological problem in almost all countries. Who gets benefitted? Drug companies... Height of moral bankruptcy.

There is no one to show the way from any field of life.

Do you think it is a good political practice to allow such a
mass disorientation ?
(Open criticisms for things we dont know and all this done for pubilicity and wealth.... bluntly selfish)
The new age has become self destructive.

(It appears that everyone is waiting to complain :
In this battle the least you can do is keep quiet.
Do not pretend to be smart and intelligent when you are not.
Leave him alone and go home if you cant rule properly.
Everyone has its own limitation ... you are as ordinary as him.
Somebody is not your property .. He lives for himself.

You make some good points, but I don't think that any political leader of any sort could reverse this trend. It's a cultural thing, and only grass-roots movements can change it.
