Republicans and conservatives: if we can't stop Hillary, I hope you can

I just want to say that. Whatever you can do to stop her, swiftboating tactics, vote rigging, calling people up before election day to tell them Hillary supports visas for terrorists, I don't give a fuck. If we can't do it, please take her down. Please. I'll vote for any conservative except for Romney and Ron Paul.

Just had to get that out.

Whaaaooo..

She hasn't even won the nomination yet so slow down. Obama is leading big time in South Carolina. That momentum could easily take him to a victory on Super Tuesday.

I think if the Republican nominee brings Karl Rove on board we could see some amazing stuff.

I disagree with nearly all of his stances, but Karl Rove is a freaking tactical genius. He wins elections they have no business winning.

I don't see how she can have a chance of winning when you take into account the scandals, her outrageous "plans",and her inability or unwillingness to commit to a position and stick with it. Are people not hearing about this stuff? Are they not paying attention? Do they not care? The mere fact that she is not only able to run, but in my opinion, set to win the general election almost requires me to think that there is something going on that we don't know about. She is the most vindictive, in genuine, and power hungry person I've ever read about in either fiction or non fiction.

I think she can win. The Republicans are still talking about keeping us in Iraq and we're on the border of a recession. Inflation is rampant. People don't have healthcare and a lot of people do care about that. It's not just some silly talking point. People will vote for Hillary as they believe it will be to their economic benefit.

If her opponent is not McCain, the polls have shown that Hillary beats all the other candidates.

Who are you gonna vote for? Romney the Mormon flip-flopper? Mike "God's will in the Constitution" Huckabee? Giuliani, who's got as much dirt on him as Hillary?

Having watched part of the Democratic debate last night it appeared to me as if she is about to self-destruct. Obama looked on the edge as well.

I was amazed that all three seemed to think the economy was the most important presidential issue while American soldiers are still dying in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I also found it humorous that Hillary is attacking Obama on the Iraq war when she voted authorizing it. I don't care if Obama was even for it (he was opposed) at least he didn't vote to authorize it.

She didn't lose anything. I didn't watch the whole debate, but judging from the parts that I saw, Hillary pwned Barrack. Straight up. Called him a corrupt crook and inconsistent. Hillary was wide open for several counterattacks, but Barrack cannot descend from his lofty position to come down and attack Hillary. He hasn't figured out how to attack Hillary and still be above fighting in the slop.

Well, there's no way Hillary can win now. A Michigan and Florida revote is impossible, and catching up in the popular vote seems very improbable. The only thing that remains now is for Hillary to break Obama's kneecaps, which is what she's doing.

WEB,

Even if you don't trust Hillary, or like her worth a damn, I do not see how you can support a conservative candidate. As an Obama supporter, you have to admit that Hillary's positions are almost identical to Obama's, and the people she will surround herself with will probably be quite similar to those he would've chosen. Even if she only sticks to half these positions (which seems silly to believe to me, but apparently not so much to others), it is still better than the zero or very few we will get with a Republican in office. Put aside the personal vendetta against her, and look at what is best for the nation and for the world. It ain't another conservative in office, that's for sure.

If you support McCain genuinely, that's one thing. But to demonize Hillary in such a way is just uncalled for. You sound wayyy too reactionary when you post stuff like this, man.

I've always found this really disingenuous as well. Yeah, he didn't vote for it, because he wasn't on Congress at the time. It's one thing to stand on the outside and say you're against the war; it's a whollle other deal to say the same when your career is at stake.
