The ancient Sumerian possessed an uncanny understanding of our solar system at a time when the rest of civilization still believed in an Earth-centered universe (see the book The Twelfth Planet of Zacharia Sitchin).
In an enlargement of a detail from the 4.500 year-old Sumerian tablet we can see a six-pointed star with balls clustered around it … The star and balls, says Sitchin, are in fact of our solar system … He claims the tablet is remarkable not only it shows the sun (the sixpointed star) at the centre of the solar system but also because it depicts all nine planets plus our moon,plus a tenth planet … How did the Sumerians figure out that the Earth revolves round the Sun, that there are three oplanets beyond Saturn, and that there may be a tenth planet …Sitchin claims the Sumerians called the Earth the seventh planet , though today we consider it to be the third planet (from the Sun) . The figure seventh could have been arrived at only by someone COUNTING from the outside of our solasr system as he was coming INTO it …. As further proof he claims that the Sumerians considered Venus the eighth planet and Mars the sixth … The obvious conclusion is that the Sumerians were educated by ancient astronauts who landed on Earth approximately 450.000 years ago .
Sitchin also claims he found the phrase „People of the Rocket Ship“ in Sumerian writings but other Sumerian scholars doubt his grasp of Sumerian writing …Also before Egypt was a country,small villages had grown up on the banks of Nile.About 3.200 BC King Menes of Upper Egypt (situated down = up the river) conquered Lower Egypt (situated up =down the river) and ancient Egypt was born , however, villages with chiefs changed to countries with kings in a matter of only 200 years … How could this change have happened so quickly ? Some historians think the new leaders were extremely clever group of people from another planet …There is allegedly proof these early kings were taller and had much larger heads than the peasants from Egypt …It is well known that the the Hitler´s SS sent expeditions to Tibet in the late 1930s (one expedition was trivialized into a movie Seven Yrs in Tibet about the real Ssman Heinrich Harrrer,played by Brad Pitt, and a young dalai lama … what secrets may have Germans revived or discovered ??) The purpose was both to find evidence of Indo-European origins in the Himalayas and secret techniques used there, including anti-gravity levitation … What ties Europe,ancient America and Egypt together is the finding of blond mummies or Nordic remains in or near many sites of architectural miracles … Both the people living in ancient Egypt and the rulers of Macchu Picchu were doing virtually gravity – defying feats in constructing their pyramids and temples … We know from the excavations of blond mummies in Egypt and South America by Thor Heyerdahl, as well as from the statement s of Mexican Emperor Montezuma (welcoming the Spanish „back „ as their fabled gods ) that some sort of ancient white „scientists/physicists“ were involved with the origins of these cultures.
Even the Chinese admit the existence of red-haired ,blue-eyed tribes constantly infiltrating into ancient China (National Geographic) … Confucius (roughly 551-479 BC) himself of the noble family is said to be a man of unusually tall stature, and Chingischan (AD1167-1227),the Mongol conqueror, had red hair and green eyes …

Who knows? People say no, but we don't have proof either way.
But those Sumerian texts are very interesting. Wouldn't it be great to travel back in time even if just to tell them how we will ask questions about the past.

I don't think it's coincidence that Ancient Egyptians depicted alien-like creatures descending from the skies in disc-like capsules on the pyramids in ancient Egyptians. I don't think it's coincidence that UFO sightings and abduction reports spiked after the nuclear tests in New Mexico. I think it's fairly obvious that some of those were made-up, but I doubt that people all around the country would have made the same correlation between a significant energy discharge and alien's visiting the planet.

I don't think it's a coincidence that in more than one instance, people claiming to have been abducted by aliens were found to have implants made of materials that when cross-referenced with numerous databases of known earth elements and substances showed no matches.

I don't think those things are coincidences. I think it's quite possible that Earth has been visited by alien life-forms.

A 1972 movie called Charriots of the Gods first pointed out UFO theory. A few years later a TV series by Leonard Nimoy featured more UFO nonsense called In Search Of, also featured were Bigfoot, the Yhetti, Wearwolves, Atlantis, and lot's of other completely baseless mythological creatures or garbage. After that Star Wars came out (which is a good thing), After that Close Encounters of the Third Kind(another good thing). Countless UFO novels, Bigfoot guest starred on episodes of The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman too. It seemed harmless enough.

UFO sitings went up 20,000 % from 1972-1979, they didn't go up after the first nuclear tests in 1945, they went up after it got put on the media because after 1972 every flickering light, airplane, good view of Venus, and weather baloon became a genuine UFO. A textbook variety of hysterical phenomenon.

Enter the computer age, most of the photographs of UFO's taken from 1950 to 1980 are proven to be fake. Frauds of the highest order like Art Bell make huge bucks from the believers. Art Bell types prey on the fact that our desire to believe is as strong as our religious beliefs, so for a while, people will produce expose's on UFO's and site government conspiracies as the cause of thier complete lack of evidence. Some UFO groups demand lots of money to make the victim privey to thier UFO discoveries as they happen. Kind of selling an advance seat on whatever happens.....geeze, con men.
