I have seen many news articles about the deaths of inncent people like in Iraq and Afganistan. I believe that such tragedies could be easily avoided by using devices such as this. I would much rather watch a news article about a few people accusing the U.S. of turture rather than one about twenty innocent children dying when the troops had to open fire to control a croud. If they are forced to stop using the device because of accusations of turture they could go back to the old way of doing things and im sure it would soon be realised that this device was by far the better option.

If it is the same weapon system that the USMC developed it emits microwave radiation that causes the moisture in the skin to superheat and evaporate, not pleasant I'm assuming but certainly better than lethal alternatives.
