US to give control back to ROK forces
US, South Korea agree date to transfer wartime military control - Yahoo! News

I didn't realize the South Korean army was still under US command. Geez. Hasn't that been going on for 50 years? And we want to have Iraqis commanding their own military like, right now?

And even more interesting is that the South Koreans asked for more time because they weren't ready yet! So now we're not ceding control until 2012!
