This is a survey I am doing for my university, can each one of you list ten countries that can dominate the world and it's percentage, I would appreciate it very much.

Percentage of what?

Can dominate or do dominate? Hell, with a couple of savvy political moves and some time, I'd put Guatemala up there with 100% if the question is what countries "can"

No one can dominate the world. No economy could support the taxes and spending necessary for such a venture. Just look at what it's costing the U.S. to occupy tiny little Iraq, and they still can't achieve stability.

what subject is it for and what is the idea behind the list?

Hitler had a good plan to dominate the world. Albeit it required utilizing those dominated for slave labor. He might have pulled it off with a few lucky breaks and if his timing had been a little better (finish England before attacking USSR).
