why is there a huge youtube screen at the bottom of the page now? idk, it gets annoying sometimes.

We've been meaning to announce this.

They are videos from a site called "Veracifier". They are daily political videos on the days political events. We plan to add in a list that gives international news stories as well.

People should click on the videos and let us know what they think of them.

A subscription to the Associated Press costs $2,000 a month, well beyond the means of this forum. So an independent political news organizations like Veracifier is the best that we can do.

$2,000 to get a media player that regularly updates itself with Associated Press stories (usually 2-4 minutes long).

I suggest you go to Yahoo News, then you will see an AP News player on the right hand side of the screen. When you click on it, you will have access to several dozen headline news items. That's what they pay $2,000 a month for.
