Who is stalking the youths of to day that complain about the elderly.
I had this Idea about a thread on youth about when they complain about the old man in front of them that moves to slow, or the ones that make fun of the old rock and roll days, Eamples about when my young nephew ask what an 8 track tape was which is really hard to explain without a model, but I digress.
The fact is I too at one time raised a little Hell, from 'REBEL"to "HIPPIE"ect..
The youth of today are being stalked by a really bad dude {as we used to say}This guy has no predgedice, is not racial, he will mutilate your body dim your eyes, change the color of your hair,AND EVENTUALLY WILL KILL YOU.
His name I like to call him OLD MAN TIME,and by the way no matter how many vitimans you take, no matter how many plastic surgens you see, no matter how often you go to the gym, no matter how healthy you try to remain THERE IS NO ESCAPE.old man time will get you.
So the next time you laugh at grandpa's casset player. remember 30 yrs down the road a voice might be asking you just what the hell is a compact disc or DVD that actually stands for something?
However, I didn't know which forum it beloned in or maybe it might be slander against the youth of America?
What's your opinion??

Good points all.
I just wish you spelled better and structured what you're saying better. I'm not sure what to answer or focus on. I get the general drift though. Makes sense.

I enjoy another aspect of attitudes changing as one ages: how we go from not wanting to hear any advise to desperately asking our parents and other elders how in the world they accomplished everyday family challenges. Examples: I spent the day with a 14 year old foster girl who had a horrid attitude and wanted nothing more than to get my goat. I completely understood why she was as she was BUT......I remembered how terrible I had been at that ago, got home, called my mother and asked her why I was still alive? How did she refrain from killing me or at least kicking me out? I have friends who, shortly after having their first child, ask their mothers especially: what made you come home when you got to go to the grocery store by yourself? I saw a grandmother smiling as her 7 year old grand daughter had a temper tantrum in a fast food joint. As the mother dragged the screaming girl out, the grandmother turned to me smiling and said "she's just like her mother." Ah yes, sweet karma!
