What do you think is the best media?
We (two dutch girls) have to make a kind of essay about the influences of the media on the American policy. And we wondered what US citizens think what the best media, the must truthfull/reliable media.
Please pick one of these answers:
A) internet
B) newspaper
C) television
D) something else
Thank you in advance!

Internet and radio are my primary scorces. The internet I can use on an unscheduled basis. Radio, well, my work commute is 40 minutes one way.

I would go with television. Watching news on the television allows us to see video and footage of what's actually happening around the world, which can lead us to a better understanding of what things are like. Internet is good as well, but somewhat unreliable because anyone can put anything they want on the internet without it having to be factually accurate.
Of all of these, television definitely has the most influence on our policy and the outcomes of our elections.

Perhaps to a degree... but television news is limited to larger media companies who have more incentives to report the truth, than say, a blogger.

TV media, to a point, not necessarilyreports lies, but can have selective reporting.

Yahoo News is an excellent source of daily news. NPR has good in-depth coverage of special topics.

Tell that to Rupert Murdoch.
I prefer internet. I'm capable of weeding through what is fake and what's real. TV and Newspaper are secondary to me.
