PRESIDING JUDGE AND JURY

I have used the terminology of “water torture”, or the constant “dipping” of innuendos and half-truths to maintain and expand on the negative Republican image that has successfully manipulated the “media polls” to justify their journalistic invasion by completely reshaping the political arena.
We can’t help but think of the fox is guarding the hen house when most of the national networks and print media have abandoned their journalistic integrity to insure that they were saying what a fickle majority of their own making wanted to hear. This is where the whole issue gets sticky, how do you inspire the fatally obese media to return to a trim and healthy journalistic news gathering industry that doesn’t manufacture news to insure their continued solvency?
There are so many sides to this issue that it is doubtful that anything short of the unlikely destruction of worldwide communication will quell this undaunted thirst for electronic marketing exposure we call progress. These self appointed judges are choosing your leaders and driving the management of everything important underground so that they can successfully function in spite of the over stated “need to know” that fuels the ever-present paparazzi jury scavenging for crumbs.

Please refer to the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments to the US Cosntitution. The Constitution applies to the US government in all cases where it exercises jurisdiction and authority.

The US government is specifically required to comply with the Constitution and it is the violations of these rights afforded to all PEOPLE under its authority and jurisdiction that is at issue. Even such legal documents such as the Geneva Convention treaty are subordinate to the US Constitution.

Please note that waterboarding is a direct violation of the 8th Amendment. Denial of the Constitutional rights of People (not just citizens) under the jurisdiction and authority of the US government constitutes a High Crime should be prosecuted.
