I rarely read papers, they all have their strong biases. I prefer the BBC for news: it's not perfect, but when it is biased it's easy to see.
When I do get a paper, it's the Independent. They're slightly more objective than the competition (except on Iraq), but mainly I prefer them because they research their own stories rather than getting them from AP or Reuters, so they tend to have stories that aren't covered in other papers.
