If you had nothing to say other then this meaningless retort then why did you bother? You do have one point though. Perhaps I shouldn't indulge you and any of your one liners until you have something of substance to say.

So we are resorting to insults due to our inability to say anything of worth our we? I know I said I shouldn't respond, but I just can't ignore an insult coming from someone who has yet to even make a case for his claims.

Everyone has bias, but Fox is the only news station created with the intent to reinforce a particular ideological viewpoint. No other major news outlet spins news anywhere close to the way Fox spins news. That's obvious to anyone who's watched them and has any objectivity at all and any intelligence at all.

Send a message via AIM to Izzibeth
rakkasan and nemesis. Your conversation is deteriorating and I strongly suggest you end it and let it die.

"Liberal Bias"=codeword for any media outlet that doesn't follow Neocon doctrine.

I love how we have to discuss which side the media is on when it's the media's job to be unbiased. Unfortunately, we can't force news media to be unbiased, b/c the political right pushed for the elimination of the fairness doctrine. This allowed corporations undue control of the message. We don't get unbiased reports now. We get spin. ESPECIALLY FROM FOX.

Rakkasan: watch the video clips. They clearly show Hannity and O'Reilly backing Bush for the same actions for which they condemned Clinton. That's hypocrisy.

Here's the link to the Daily Show directly since appearently Truveo seems to have a problem with international viewers watching anything but the Ads. The Meter is Running Pt. 1 | The Daily Show | Comedy Central

In any case, I really enjoy the Daily Show I must admit.

Language and reporting style that Fox uses is indeed very often simply not fitting for a serious newsstation. The comment about how Hurricane Catrina was "just another opportunity to bash Bush", for example - that is not news, that is an oppinion that does simply not belong in serious news reporting. There were many other examples I've seen since everytime I'm in the US I take time to watch all sorts of news channels. I also found the anchors calling people who wouldn't come to the show "cowards" and whatnot statements of very low quality that should be avoided at all costs by any news agency that wants to be taken seriously.
