Monuments of corruption, impunity and inefficiency in Mexico
In Mexico, the government builds monuments that are good examples of corruption, impunity and inefficiency:
At left, even if you couldn’t believe it, here we have, [/b]the PEMEX fountain: a monument that celebrates the nationalization of oil made by President Lazaro Cardenas just before World War II, on 1938,who also stole land from the great farmers[/b] and gave it to peasants: of course, without paying them a cent.
Now a days, we export our oil to the U. S., and import gasoline from the U. S.
The petroleum company owned by the government PEMEX, is almost bankrupt and we export poor peasants, that lend their land ( given free to them by the government) to the drug cartels
At right, you can see a huge and ugly building built it in a residential zone, where supposedly it is forbidden to construct such high structures, without parking spaces that should have for all the vehicles that enter the building.; owned of course by Mr. Emilio Azcárraga´s father in law, who is TELEVISA´ owner.

Umm, Mexico can afford such ellegant monuments, but can't seem to find a way to take care of the poor.
Am I missing something?

it doesn’t matter of what political party the authorities are; the common citizen always loses and never is taken into account!
How to destroy a residential zone and transform it into a low class neighborhood
(Like Tepito, now that is so updated)
[i] the rich...
....and the starving mendicant (street Vendors that do not pay any taxes, they take all the streets and sidewalks in the city, they steal the electric power from the facilities owned by the government, they sell goods that are, or stolen, or pirate, or smuggled; if what they sell is food, do not comply with the minimum sanitary conditions...)
Have converted a nice zone like las lomas de chapultepec
Into a shit place
Here you pay land taxes as if you were living in Manhattan,
But you are really living in a shit place
Heaping and traffic jams in a suppossedly rich neighborhood in Mexico City:
Six store building with more than 8 food business, and without any parking lot
An useless sign, that supposedly forbides parking:

The rich and the starving medicant are the middle class’ parasites

So if the poor are doing the best they can to make a living and providing a service to society in exchange, you think that's wrong? Because they use electricity from government buildings. You think it's wrong for the poor to try to use electricity from government buildings so that they can employ themselves?
The alternative is of course that they just don't try at all and go on public welfare. Would you prefer that?

It is the best they can to use the sidewalk as if they were the owners; they steal the power from the facility owned by the government, they also sell stolen, pírate or smuggled goods without paying a cent of taxes, and if they sell food, it doesn´t comply with the minimun sanitary conditions, of course they lower the value of our property, I can assure you you that its not easy, amusing or fun to live near them and to have them in front of your property
I really do not consider to sell pirate, stolen, or smuggled goods a social service

You say they lower the property value, so the electricity that these street vendors use, isn't it in front of government buildings, so what property value would it be lowering?
Also, how do you know their food quality is below public sanitary standards? If it's so bad, I wonder why anyone would buy the stuff, and they would naturally go out of business.

The land tax, (the buildings aren´t property of the government), as there are houses and apartment buildings.
They steal electricity from the street cables, and the government allows that, as the City government is supposedly "leftist". Can you believe it?
I will open a post showing you how they elaborate and sell "the food"
Regards
