In the last few months the interest for the transforming processes within the Cuban society and the role of the Cuban organizations in foreign countries has increased in the Research Institute for Political Science and International Relations in Europe concerning a possible promotion of the establishment of a civil society. This way and in the course of the research projects of the department for Political Science and International Relations of the Cologne University we would like to ask you for your collaboration by answering the following questionnaire. We are especially interested in the participation of all Cubans living in foreign countries and the members of the organization they represent.
