The polls I have seen show at least 70% of Americans want the same or fewer numbers of legal immigrants coming into the country. Everyone I have spoken to wants our laws to mean something and our borders to prevent unauthorized entry. What do you want?

I have no objection to any number of legal immigtrants,
although I tend to think they should not be entitled to all
the social benefits US citizens are entitled to, such as
unemployment compensation.

I voted "None, zero, nada, zilch, duck egg, etc..." against
illegal aliens.

Legal immigrants -- zero issue. My Grandmother was one, came from here from Spain in 1938. Legal immigrants who show respect for our country in their very actions of coming the correct way have no bad marks in my book.

Illegal Immigrants -- I agree with Viking, no social benefits at the expense of taxpayers when we have tons of people who are citizens in need of all of this first.
