Forgive me for not being able to put this in a more sensitive tone, but how is this the problem of the American people? If the unemployed won't move to where there is employment, than how do they deserve to live off my tax dollars?

I might need more clarification on this point, but if they were competent, why did they fail to fill the position?

Deporting them and importing a new work force via a guest worker program, would cause a substantial disturbance as businesses would have to hire and train a massive workforce in a very small amount of time.

The economy has expanded to fit 12 million illegals, and it cannot lose them without lastingly imploding. If we want to deny them social services, then fine, but since they are economically a part of us, we can't eleminate them without stabbing ourselves.
Another way of looking at it is that it is the unscrupulous employers of the exploited ILLEGALS who are the ones addicted to the cheap ILLEGAL labor, not the economy. With the invasion of the ILLEGAL 19th century Mexican workforce, employers of ILLEGALS can pay the absolute lowest wage possible that an ILLEGAL will work for. That becomes the prevailing wage at that business and strangely enough Americans will not/can not work for those wages. So now these employers of ILLEGALS claim that they can't find any American workers and demand more ILLEGAL labor. These employers of ILLEGALS have actually lost the ability to actually manage a business without the cheap ILLEGAL labor. After a raid by ICE that rounded up a bunch of ILLEGALS at a business, the manager was whinning 'OMG I'll have to pay overtime to the legal employees'.

Employers of ILLEGALS apparently have been lining their pockets with obscene profits as evidenced by their ability to hire legions of activists/lobbyists to crowd these forums whinning about the dire consequences to the economy if we didn't have the ILLEGAL labor.

Everyone knows that the only ones profiting from the cheap ILLEGAL labor are the unscrupulous employers of ILLEGALS, while the American taxpayer subsidizes this ILLEGAL labor with social services for the family, ER medical for the family, education of ILLEGAL children, incarceration for the criminal ILLEGALS, etc. There is actually nothing cheap about this ILLEGAL labor at all. Sooner or later, these 20 million ILLEGALS will have to be dealt with, one way or another.

Amnesty for ILLEGALS? Absurd. It identifies you as another amnesty peddler. If you legalize these uninvited border jumpers they won't have to work for cheap wages anymore and will become instantly unattractive to the unscrupulous employers of ILLEGALS. Not to worry, there will be millions of new uninvited ILLEGAL border jumpers breaking in to take the jobs, from the unscrupulous employers of ILLEGALS, vacated by the newly amnestied ILLEGALS. Since those 20 millions ILLEGALS, if amnestied, being mostly bottom wage earners, would almost all qualify for welfare benefits, you have to believe that they would embrace welfare with open arms, and bankrupt the welfare system as we know it. Lastly, our traitorous fed gov is working to pass totalization legislation with Mexico that will give social security to any ILLEGAL who worked a mere 6 quarters, even if they worked ILLEGALLY, which will kick in, if and when, these ILLEGALS are given amnesty.

More 'we can't deport 20 millions ILLEGALS' talk? You expose yourself again. Everyone knows by now about the tough on illegals laws passed in Arizona and Oklahoma, which require e-verification of the legal status of employees and removes the business license of repeat offender employers of illegals, which resulted in the jobs magnet drying up, which in turn resulted in a MASS EXODUS of illegals in those states. All at very little cost to American taxpayers. It's called SELF DEPORTATION, or attrition through enforcement of immigration laws. But you knew that didn't you?

So what part of ILLEGAL don't you understand? Report back to your employer of ILLEGALS.
