President Mahmud Ahmadinejad of Iran is hosting a conference these days which wants to "explore the truth about the holocaust" and has guests like known german and french neo- nazis. Berlin is staging an alternative conference which is debating ways not to let the holocaust become a tool of politics...

Ahmadinejad should call his conference " up yours"

All it amouts to is propaganda.Any person who has a bit of common sense knows it happened.If Ahmadinejad would admit it, he knows it too.

That was what i meant by "using it as political tool". The holocaust is probably the best documented event in history, so the self-proclaimed goal of the conference alone is actually ridiculous. But that is not the point...

Yeah, this whole situation is fucked up. I mean, I can see a a nazi getting on board with this crap, but David Duke went and he is supposed to be a KKK leader right? Well as far as I knew the KKK was supposed to be a "Christian" organization. Why in the hell would he consort with a muslim? I can't believe that the media, Fox news too so give me a break, have only reported that they are having a conference to "disprove" the holocaust. I think they should show pictures of the skeleton-like bodies piled up. I know it's horrible to look at, but sometimes you have to see it to remember what we're up against. Now that I think about it, I think that everything I ever learned about the holocaust was either from my father or other family members or from my own research...... not from school. WTF?

Ever seen Clear and Present Danger? There's that one scene where all the drug barons get together in some villa for a drug baron conference and an F-18 comes along and drops a LGB on them. I'd love to see that here.

All the decent academics should stay home. Ahmadinejad, the Council of Guardian and other Nazi notables should all get together and go to the conference and then be bombed. Of course, that is just in my fantasy world.

David Duke, a former Republican state representative from Louisiana and a Ku Klux Klan leader, will be there. Sessions include one titled "Holocaust: Aftermath and Exploitation." Another is called "Demography: Denial or Confirmation?"

Criticism also comes from inside Iran

Moris Motamed, the one Jewish representative in the Iranian parliament, called the gathering "a huge insult to the Jewish community" in Iran, which numbers some 25,000.

This whole historical revisionist phenomenon has cast a wide net. Its brought together very strange bed partners - and its actually created a new political spectrum - one where the extreme left meets the extreme right - mostly in their hatred of Israel and accusations that Jews use the Holocaust to justify stealing Israel. Its reprehrensible, obnoxious and disqusting. And its all over the internet.
