They chose as a scapegoat of their game the UN that was fighting hard to be in good books with its main financial patron the US and could not afford criticize Washington ... Those high ranking UN officials who refused to take part in Izetbegovic propaganda and kept on sending to UN HQ NYC secret analyses of the undistorted facts were later (after the fall of S.) removed from their positions if they had not met with a fatal car accident in BH or elsewhere, e.g. on the day Srebrenica fell the then civilian head of the Sarajevo UNHQ Philip Corwin was the target of a Bosnian sniper in the Bosnian government territory soon after he had identified himself at a Bosnian army checkpoint ... Izetbegovic declared :"Either you are on my side or you are my enemies " and many of them were threatened with assassination and sniped shortly after they passed their checkpoints as mentioned above .... Izetbegovic also didn´t like that the UN officers maintained polite contacts with the Serb officers unlike from Washington .
The crisis between Izetbegovic and the UNHQ in Sarajevo reached its peak on the day of the fall of S. (11.7.95) when Izetbegovic fiercely attacked on the UN saying that the UN deliberately let S. fall ... and privately let the UN know that since now they will either cooperate with him or he will blacken the UN in the public opinion , those in the NYC HQ chose the close cooperation ..
Meanwhile, the game of Izetbegovich and MA,the US representative on the UNSC (who was deaf and blind in Rwanda) advanced - MA and Izetbegovic pressed the UN to declare in BH the UN SAFE AREAS for the Muslims and Croats to allow the Muslims to evade any responsibility for the military attacks launched from them (the words of the UN military staff in Sarajevo )Without ensuring their demilitarization (which remained only proclaimed) and delimitation of their boundaries MA and Izetbegovic succeeded and were congratulated by Clinton ... Izetbegovic could realize step number two : these SAs were actually bases of the Muslims warlords, in Srebrenica,a strategic outpost near the Drina River, Izetbegovic implanted former sacked Yugoslav policeman Nasir Oric which launched methodical scorched-earth attacks against the civilian population in 192 Serbian villages from it since may,92 ... Step number two was to make the BSerbs by way of provocations commit a massacre in these UNSAs or produce a humanitarian catastrophe to make the NATO intervene against the Serbs ...but wars have never been fought to destroy the evil and following the collapse of the SU in december 91 the NATO had an identity crisis and Washington needed to justify its existence ... Despite the fact that Srebrenica failed to be demilitarized, the UN SC on the insistence of MA extended the SAs to Sarajevo,Gorazde,Bihac,Zepa,Tuzla and their surroundings after the majority of the BSerb had been cleansed from these areas by the summer of 92 (the happened to the MUslims in towns with Serb or Croatian majorities) ...

in all the UNSAs not to hand any single functional pice of weaponry over or a single usable bullet, only nonfunctional or faulty weaponryand heavy weaponry which couldn´be hidden ..."
Then he "publicly secretly " remilitarized the SAs by supplying their commanders heavy weapons by helicopters from Tuzla ... The war reporter David Hackworth from Newsweek wrote :" The illegal deliveries of sophisticated weapons from Teheran,Ryad and the Allies by C130 Hercules to the Muslim Tuzla airport (the first time when the Shiite and Sunnit islamist organizations worked together) had turned into a regular shuttle helped by Washington by scheduling lapses in the electronic surveillance coverage made by AWACS ... "
5.2.94 The criminal elements in the services of Izetbegovic staged another carnage of civilians in Sarajevo,MA quickly blamed in the UNSC
the BSerbs, and under MA ´s pressure the SC adopted a tripwire system in which threatened by NATOair strikes to BSerbs if they launch attack against SAs ... however, see the technical report on the massacre by gen.Sir M.Rose (!) 7.2.94 UN commander gen.Francis Briquemont,one of the officers of gen. Rose handed to the civilian head of the UN mission in Sarajevo Yasushi Akashi a report in which he wrote :" In Sarajevo the Bosnian army is provoking the BSerbs on a daily basis .." a described a pattern of manipulation of Izetbegovich :" The BA launches an attack aagainst BSerbs from an UNSA, the BSerbs answer by counterattack mostly stopping outside the SA boundaries, Izetbegovic inflates the number of casualties , accuses the UN of inactivity and demands the NAT air strikes against BSerbs gun positions to protect the Muslim civilians .. " When it comes to the casualty numbers, Deputy NATO Commander gen. Boyd observed:" The Bosnian government has an interest in portraying the casualty number as high as possible ...ů, and US army analyst Lt.Col. John Sray noted that the staged carnations meant to invoke the sympaathy of the world public opinion had approval at the highest level (izetbegovic and his viceprez. Ejup Ganic) ...
US envoy Robert Frasure (died in "road accident" in Bosnia) worked in the spring 95 on a diplomatic solution that would have traded the SAs for the Serb-held Sarajevo suburbs ... but the same hardliners who arranged for illegal arms for BMuslims watched approvingly as the Muslive offensive began though it destroyed the ceasefire Washington had officially supported ... Actually, the map changes Washington sought could be achieved better by military means ... In November 94 Washington had licensed a private military contracat firm MPRI, including four star "retired" generals,to prepare and organize the Croatian army for attacks on the UN Protected Areas in Croatia in which predominantly CSerbs lived - unlike from the SAs in BH the UNPAs remained qquiet except for several attacks against them led by Croatian forces in 93 - the restraint from the Krajina Serbs did not save them,however, from the US sponsored Croatian army Operation FLASH in May and STORM in August which were the largest ethnic cleansing campaigns, involving 200.000 Serb refugees ... The effect of pressure from MA and Co. became clear when the BSerb army withdrew troops from Western Bosnian towns (Bosanki Grahovo, Glamoc), leaving the Serbs inhabiting Western Bosnia vulnerable to attacks - soon after they became the staging area for the operstion Storm,the Croatian assault on the UNPAs in the adjacent Croatian Krajina region and the subsequent joint Croatian-Muslim military ampaign ...
Madelaine Albright insisted on the creation of the UNSAs in BH under the military control of´Izetbegovic islamist or rather criminal commanders which made them into fortified enemy bases although she must have read analyzing reports warning her that from a military standpoint there was no question that BS army had to react to military attacks from the eastern enclaves which were behind BS military lines and had to be detoured by BS military convoys , wasting precious fuel in a time of war ... ( BUT by recapturing Srebrenica as late as in July 95 when it was no military necessity already gen. Mladic proved his absence of any common reason and let himself taken in by Izetbegovic wwho couldn´t wait to see him enter S. ...)
