Owen also writes that UN observers noted that Bosnian army forces fired mortars from the Kosevo hospital to provoke retaliatory fire from Serbian forces, event which manipulated or credulous reporters of the mainstream ,either manipulated or or credulous, world media,described as Serb shelling of the Kosevo hospital ...
The most successful staged atrocity in which the Muslim forces, supported by Clinton and Albright , cast responsibility on Serbs was the "breadline massacre " which seriously affected the outcome of the conflict because three days later the SC of the UN adopted under its influeence resolution 757
which placed international sanctions on Serbia ,the main sponsor of the Bosnian Serbs ... The sanctions were proposed by the US to punish beograd for the presence of its troops in Bosnia but a UN report received two days earlier,confirmed that the Beograd army had withdrawn into Serbia and Montenegro eleven days before it was required to do so ... By contrast the UN report said that in the case of the Croatian army which was also required to do so no such withdrawal had occurred . The Chairman of the Security Council ,Austria´s ambassador Peter Hohenfellner, received the report two days before the vote for sanctions but the report was kept from other members of the SC until one hour after the vote ... British diplomat Cedric Thornberry ,assistant to the UN SG,who personally investigated atrocities committed by each of the warring sides ,wrote :" By early 1993, a consesnus developed,esp. in the US and in some US supporting West European countries, that the Serbs are the only villains and the victims are exclusively Croats or Muslims .... "

didn´t wish to hear ... 5.2.94 there was another staged massacre in the Markala market killing 59 people which gave Washington occasion to make the UN accept the automatic system of a Serbaian action - antiSerbian reprisal
Madelaine Albright immediately accused the Serbs and the Muslim delegation declared that it stops its negotiations with them - however, this time the Sarajevo UN headquarters did not gave way and gen. Sir Michael Rose ,the then commander in chief of the UN troops in Sarajevo, who elaborated a detailed technical report on the accident proving as the culprit the Muslim forces did not hesitate and went directly to discuss the UN report with pres. Izetbegovic and told him that if the Muslim delegation will leave the negotiations , he will make the report public .... (!!!)
Lord Owen admitted that he helped to suppress the report of gen. MRose for fear the negotiations would be stopped for a long time ...Two month later the Izetbegovic government demonstrated again its gamble game with the UN safe areas : The BSerbs shelled Gorazde,the UN safe area, because the Muslim troops of extremists/criminals launched from Gorazde attacks against adjoining Serbian villages . The mainstream world media parroted the Izetbegovic version that over 700 people died under the shelling and over 2.000 were wounded and that the BSerbs destroyed by shelling the only hospital in the city ... Madelaine Albright and Co. immediately asked the NATO air strikes and gen. Rose ordered the UN troops to push the BSerbs back from Gorazde. However, when gen. Rose arrived at the Gorazde scene he was surprised to find that the hospital was undamaged and none of the 700 dead bodies was available to be seen ... (see the interview of gen. The same scenario the Izetbegovic government used in the UN safe area in Bihac - the Muslim troops of extremists devastated the adjoining Serbain village in order to provoke the Serbs and to incite their retaliations against the UN safe area in which they always succeeded - Bosnian minister of foreign affairs Haris Silaidjic immediately convoked a press conference in Sarajevo at which he wept over the BSerbian attack against Bihac (in November 94 I think) and that the BSerbs killed 70.000 Muslims in Grabec - However, as soon as gen. Rose set off for Grabec with several UN officers , Izetbegovic publicly reduced the number of the dead to 14.000 , while gen .Rose and his UN officers discovered some under 1.000 dead Muslims killed in the fighting ...
