At the Hague trial many mentioned that in the Bosnian-Croatian army hundreds of mercenaries fwere fighting ,including the djihadists while Croatia was secretly supported by Hungaria and Germany and Serbia by the French secret services .. Vojislav Seselj declared in Hague that within the Bosnian-Serbian army the mercenarian unit PAUK was fighting ,formally integrated in the 10th sabotage division but wit an independent command - Milorad Pelemis was in command of the PAUK unit and was reportedly paid by the French secret service . According to Milosevic and Co. the members of the PAUK unit executed 1.200 men in the Srebrenica enclave ( the UN claims the number 7.000 of executed but this number may be really overestimated ). Seselj presented the Serbian secret service ´s documents proving that the French secret service paid out the PAUK unit two million dollars for the execution of Srebrenica men ...
In 2000 the Serbian authorities arrested some of the PAUK members which tried to assassinate Milosevic , and accused them of war crimes in Srebrenica .Shortly after that Milosevic lost the elections and the opposition in the close cooperation with the Serbian mafia overthrew in October 00 Milosevic and the new pro-Western government headed by Zoran Djindjic released the arrested PAUK members ... though Croatian Drazen Erdemovic who was arrested by the Serbian authorities in 1996 and extradited to Hague (reportedly on his own request) identified them as the Srebrenica executors . Erdemovic got away not only with only a few yrs of prison (though he pleaded guilty to shooting over 100 Srebrenica Muslims in one day) but he was released after he had done hardly 3,5 yrs in prison ...
What is more strange is that not a single member of the PAUK unit has ever been arrested since and the Hague not even issued an arrest warrant for any one of them ... so the PAUK members are freely travelling across the world without having any trouble with their passports or visas ...
Besides, Bosna is a very small country where everybody knows everybody else so many Srebrenica survivors know tens of names of their family members Bosnian Serb executors , and in spite of this there is no one who would try to arrest them wwhich applies esp. for the international troops .
Milosevic made the Hague judges furious when he used to play them over a video in which the police chief of Srebrenica, an ethnic Muslim, declared on a Dutch TV Channel that Clinton as early as in 1993 promised Bosnian pres. Izetbegovic that the NATO will intervene against the Bosnian Serb republic if there are more than 5.000 executed Srebrenica´s Muslims ... "
Milosevic presented in Hague documents showing the dislocation of the Yugoslavian army along the borders of the Bosnian Serbs republic alleging that the Yugoslavian army had no idea of the intentions of the BS command (actually, the YU army was closely watching all the spring the BS troops approaching Srebrenica ) and he presented governmental documents of beograde stating that the "wilful" capture of Srebrenica and Zepa by the BS army damaged the interests of Beograde ... Milosevic ´s first response to Srebrenica was " Pale must have gone mad " ... Seselj were not on good terms with Milosevic with whom he did not communicate but he was a good friend of Karadzic ... Seselj and Milosevic disproved several videos presented by the Hague judges, e.g. the video showing the Scorpions unit executing six Srebrenica Muslims in Trnovo - Trnovo is far from Srebrenica so it would be a nonsense to transport the Srebrenica Muslims across the whole Bosna to kill them and to make a video evidence about it ... (at that video and audio was not synchronous , shot probably by two cameras )
