Germany to rehabilitate WW II soldiers executed for "treason"

Most Germans sentenced to death by Nazi military courts have been rehabilitated at least after the war. One of the last groups still waiting for that step with few time witnesses still alive are soldiers that were executed for "treason". Treason could include sabotaging the war efforts , deserting, but also helping prosecuted people.
Despite criticism coming from the right wing the Bundestag ( german parliament) now seems to be willing to formally lift these verdicts......

Why does the right wing of the Bundestag oppose it? Seems sensible to me.

They ( the christian democrats) aren´t openly opposing it, but what they want is a case by case - , not a blanket solution. Since nobody would seriously reopen each of tens of thousands of cases this could basically mean that this group of people won´t be formally rehabilitated. They are the only and last victims of Nazi justice where this hasn´t already been done.........
And some conservatives probably don´t want that to happen..........
