Well, anyway first let me warn the posters this thread contains some swearing.
I was born August 4th 1945 2 days later they dropped the bomb on Japan.
6 years later America was in the Korean war some like to call it police action,but I think anytime amilitary personal is dieing overseas it's a war.
Then came the cold war but after the Cuban missle chrises when we all held our breath it was anything but cold.
Just when we were learning to cope with this cold/hot war along comes Viet Nam I got a letter from President Johnson requiring my services in the armed forces.I thought about going to Canada, but after a long lecture from my old man about respocibilty and family honor I reported to Ft. Benning.
We pulled out of Nam in 75.
10 years later we were in Iraq some people were cheering ,but some people were saying this shits getting old.
So then came the 90's and Bosnia and Serbia some Americans didn't even know where that was, but it smoothed out kinda?
Then comes 2001 and some assholes decide to attack America so we go to Afganistan things were getting taken care of as best we could "i mean for a war, and just when things started to be sorted out along comes Iraq 2 another fucking war.this is bullshit.
So you see I was borned at the end of a war I'll probably die at the middle or the begining of one.
My one hope is that in some future generation an American can live without WAR.
ALL LEADERS OF THE WORLD "WAKE THE FUCK UP"
At least try to negoiate for a year before you make the decision for people to die.
All you're doing is making undertakers rich and a lot of people sad.

Do not misunderstand my motives, My family comes from a long line that fought in wars from an uncle that won the purpleheart on Omaha beach to a cousin that was on Iwo Jima he didn't come back, my father ran the gauntlet in the atlantic against the wolf pack suberines on a cargo ship with supplies headed for Europe and Russia, my yougest uncle served in Korea.I was drafted to serve in Nam, and currently have a neice in th gulf,
and a nephew who says he's going to enlist as soon as he's old enough.
So we are not cowards and will fight to defend America.
Every one of my family thinks the same way then and now WAR SUCKS.
Anybody that thinks war is nessasary should be shot for treason against the human race.
