I try to drink a glass of red wine a couple of times each week, but I just am not that fond of alcohol. You are right though, there are undeniable health benefits from a glass of red wine.

True that--my grandfather drank wine with every meal and a pint of bourbon a day, he ate 6 eggs every morning with his bacon and butter he smoked Chesterfields and lit them with kitchen matches--and he was 96 when he died. He was not ill just tired.
