NY will start an experiment with playgrounds that will include uniformed 'guides' with a 'calm air of authority' while minimally restructuring the playground set-up.

Does this sound like a good idea to you guys? I think the fact that outdoor play is being encouraged is good (god knows I don't see a lot of kids outside playing anymore) but is this new setup going to be beneficial or detrimental in some way?
