World Clock

A friend sent me this link to a "World Clock" website. It displays a running sum of a wide range of issues and facts impacting the world. You can set the clock to display changes over a year, month, week or day. Pay particular attention to population growth, oil production and species extinction. The figures are based on past stats and estimates of anticipated change rates. As I watched the numbers increase I recalled reading the statement, "Things that can't go on forever, don't."
