Talking Iran protests at EU for too short terror-org. list

Thats something new
Iran made a complaint in Brussels because the EU court cleared an Iranian organisation from the list of terrorist organisations.

Its about the fundamental oppositional peoples-Muhajedins, that has sued at the court for being included in the list of terrorists. The court gave them now right, it seems it lacked legal basis.

The direct consquence out of this is a financial one. Their bank accounts will not be frozen anymore.

Iran however pointed at an UN resolution where the Muhajedins are called terroristic and says further that any actions to unfreeze their accounts might foster terrorism.

Well, to be honest I don't like this your terrorist is good my terrorist is bad hypocrasy. States must put their insterests aside and take terrorists as only terrorists... Infact I don't know if those Muhajedins commited crime against civillians but if they ever did, it is a shame to support them.. I dream a world where any kind of terrorists couldn't find any room to operate...

Good and bad terrorists? What?
I was just pointing out the irony. I can not even say who has the better justification for his position.

But the point is that one side you have Iran that supports organisations that do at least stand in the shadow of terrorist methods. And than another organisation that has used at least force for political goals (I dont know in how far terroristic), and Iran standing up to call for a decisive fight against terrorism.

I have no insight in the case, but if the EU court gave them right, they at least had to come up with points to show that they are not terroristic.

PS:
The EU does NOT support the Muhajedin therefore, it only does not block its accounts. Thats a huge difference.
