Great article and it confirms my stand that there are no at worst and few at best, socialist left. It hekps strengthen the idea that socialism has been transformed into a bastard son of capitalism.

Thats an asshole, he certainly will get his bill. He succeeded to kill any (further) potential political career with bubbling this BS.

I hope Turks see this in context. No one supports this politician when he talks racist stuff like that. The picture you posted below does however make me doubting...

Well, if he was nationalist, even just a right wing, I couldn't take serious, but he is socialist , If there are even socialists who think like that, I can't imagine right wings in France. I don't think suburbs went to riots without a reason. And if we add their internal and external politics with full of discrimination , picture reveils. I am sure France has sufficient wise ppl but they should speak louder.

I dont know much about this case, but it seems that he stands alone now, he commited political suicide. As a politician of Le Pens party you can have this sort of verbal diarrhoe, but within the socialist party, it will break your neck.

At least I hope so, and unless disproven, I will believe in that.

Well , hope we can see a reaction from public, at least from football fans.

It says "we are all niggers" just after a commentator misprintly use the word "negro" for a french player in Turkey.

Well said! For a socialist to even think this is a serious prob, but to actually say it is political suicide. Just ask Kerry.

Well, this guy is totally crazy. He does not support his own party... and has been fired from the Socialist party now.

He is in charge of a region here in France, and uses public money very strangely. For instance, he asked for a VW touareg SUV for work but is also using it for personal purposes.

He's almost dead, potically speaking....
