But, in a free and democratic country, no party should ever be banned. if that party, or it's leadership break the law through hatespeech, yes, they should be handled with in the law, but still the party should be allowed to exist. The freedom of speech means also the idiots have the right to say something (and I have the right to think they are idiots).
Government should spend less time in trying to ban them, and rather find out why they are growing in support, and counter this problem.
Even in SA we still have legal parties that take in the elections that say we should bring back Apartheid!
