I think mankind didn't never live and unfortunately, they aren't living and will probably live an absolute equality between men and women. How many are there women as prime minister or president of a state in the world? Can a country be governed well by women? What are examples of this situation in political history?

well there are too few examples in order to make a clear judgement, so no verdict can be made so far.

"Her Royal Majesty The Queen"... Does-it ring a bell? It may not be one of Big Ben; but it should be enough of an example to answer your questions...

India had a female Prime Minister.

Switzerland currently has a female President.
The United Kingdom had a female Prime Minister.
Germany currently has a female Chacellor.
Turkey had a female Prime Minister (aren't you from Turkey?).

Quoted for truth. Forget affirmative action and proportional representation. The best person for the job, regardless of gender, should get the job.

Don't know about you guys, but Spain is my favorite country to womanize in, plus I like catching a bullfight or two when I am there.

Lol! Okay, I like French women too. It's just that there's no bullfighting in Paris, consequently I don't go there as much.

This thread is about allowing more political jobs to women in Spain as stated in the OP. If you don't have any intelligent comment to make about it, keep it to yourself as I don't give a fuck about who you like to womanize.
