Life in the city is better than life in the country!

The quality of life that a family has or an individual living in a city has is substantially better than that of a family or an individual living in the country. People in the city, live in integrated lifestyles and are not lonely, the amenities far outway that of those in the countryside, it is an easier lifestyle to live in the city.

What? So people like me who live out in the country are not integrated enough and too lonely? I dont now how you came to that conclusion but I would have to 110% disagree with that statement.

Maybe if more of us had the experience of growing up on a ranch or farm, we would have more kids that understood responsibility and being respectful. There is nothing like getting up before sunrise to go milk the cows, slop the hogs, feed the chicken, mend fences, go for a ride with your horse/lifetime buddy, paint the barn, buck bales of hay, etc...

When I go into the city, the first thing I react to is the foul air. I take water with me because of the foul water. I see people pass me by at 90 mph on the highwary with a cell phone in hand. The teenagers look like gang members and sound foul mouthed and disrespectful. Then I see the graffitti all over the place.

Then I come back to the mountains, stop by the post office, and a teenager opens the door for me. I say "Thank You" and he says "You're welcome."

Then when I want to take a walk, there are miles of forest, streams, rivers and mountain around me an fresh air.
Mike you and I have not agreed on much lately politically speaking, but you and I are eye to eye here on this one!!!

Well considering this comment makes absollutely no sense, I would have to disagree with this as well.

You cant ride your horse or 4 wheeler anywhere you want to in the city. You cant hunt in the city. Fishing? nope. Walk into the woods and sit around waiting for wildlife to pass you by? Nope. I could name 1,000 other things but live it to the imagination.

Benefits? No neighbors to fight over stupid stuff with. No traffic to contend with. No thugs. Peace and quiet. No teenagers in cars riding up and down your street at 100 mph whilel your kids are out front. Just to name a few.

What is there to be scared of? Raccoons? Snakes? Coyotes? Bears?
