Comprehensive Immigration: a jack ass attempt by our government to ignore what the majority of the people in our country expect should be done about Illegal Immigration, so as to further their own agenda despite what would be best for the country. In short, a nice way of saying, Fuck you Americans, we are selling you bitches out.

Nothing. That's what.
There's no difference between "demoncats" and "pubic glands".
Lying fucks who think they're above and beyond "the herd" ALL of 'em.
Will "the herd" ever take action ?
No. Why in the fuck do you think they know that no matter what THEY do WE can (or WILL) do nothing.
Will the ignorance and/or apathy of "the herd" ever end ?
That remains to be seen.

Would appear the GOP is blaming Bush for the defeat saying that if Rummy would have gone 2 weeks earlier the election would have come out differently.
Opinion?

Hell no. The conservatives in the GOP didn't vote for them because they aren't conservatives. That's why I switched parties when I moved and why I didn't vote for them.

Liberals.
See here lies the problem, most people think all Democrats are liberals, or that all Republicans are conservatives. That's not the case at all.

It amazes me that you never hear anything from people who are really willing to work together and compromise to help work things out. I have to believe that there are more people like that than there are those who, like our politicians, would rather see what they want done, no matter how crazy or unreasonable, instead of what is best for the country.
I was thinking that it would be cool to start a new party that instead of setting itself apart from other parties in ideas or beliefs, it would be a group of disinfranchised dems and reps, and anyone else for that matter, who are serious about getting things done in a manner which is best for our country. Viva la Revolution.
Who wants to join the....... I don't know, what would be a good name for a party like that?

Even in a party of disenfranchised dems and reps who are disastified with everything being done in the political system of today, I don't think you'd get anything done. Getting together a significant group of people who agree on what is best for the nation is a hard thing to do.

Well they don't really have to agree to agree with eachother, but be willing to compromise on different issues. I thought that was what we were all about anyways. We could compromise that gays can get married, but we get to secure our border.....and really secure it, not some bullshit "comprehensive" plan. Or that we work harder to ensure that underprivilaged people can get the help that they need, but we drastically reform and reduce entitlements so that only those people who really need them recieve money.
Why, once in power we could reduce the size of government, set term limits for congressmen and senators, reduce the deficit, impliment the fairtax and bring our businesses back home, use the extra money to build a surplus, introduce programs where stupid people with no marketable talent can learn a trade (of coarse we would have to find a word to replace stupid), and declassify any information the government has on extraterrestrials. It will be a brave new world and America will lead the way!!!!!!! Why, once Ted Kennedy is out of a job, the tax revenue from liquor sales alone could be used to revolutionize the school system and fund alternative fuel research! Of coarse, we could always keep wingin it.
