STEAK

A 14 oz NY strip cooked on a grill til rare, then a scoop of blue cheese butter and a squeeze of lime juice. You will lick the plate and if it is a paper plate you will eat that too.

MMmmmmm.... my boyfriend picked up these mushrooms in a jar with some kind of seasoning (I can't remember) from BJs Wholesale. All you had to do was add those to the steak while it was cooking and it was perfect. I <3 Steak.

We stopped buying meat from Wal-Mart when we realized they don't do the butchering in-house.

These food threads make me hungry.

The cattle that is raised for Wal-Mart and other super markets have to much chemicals in them from being raised like hormones and other crap to make them bigger faster. And that shit just is not good for you at all. That is why get it from the local guy. You might pay more but it is healther in the long run.

I heard that they inject the beef with something that keeps it red longer so you cannot ever tell how old it is.

Maybe that is why it is better, don't a lot of places age their steaks?
