The Future will be ruled by those who have the Guns.
As I look at the ever increasing chaos that continues to grip the civilized world.
I have come to the conclusion that things will progressively get worse. I see a time in the not to distant future, where America will be constantly invaded by multiple armed extremist factions from other destitute parts of the globe.
The world is getting poorer, people are rioting over food,Oil, and gasoline.
America is the land of plenty.America must either make a decision to arm its population,or be over run and terrorized by the rouge elements that will be assaulting America, and our citizens.
We must make a choice to arm ourselves now, for what is coming in the not to distant future, or accept what ever these armed factions want to do to us. I suggest we arm our selves now.
The assault has already begun.Sept 11, was just a appetizer event, there is much more horrific events that have not yet been implemented on our soil. Will we all be ready?.

The only "load of crap" I see is that you didn't actually explain or elaborate why you see his opening statement and theory as "a load of crap." You can criticize the arguments and words of a debater all you like, but it doesn't exactly amount to much if you don't actually explain yourself in the process.

I don't believe the future is quite like the grim picture you've painted, although who knows. It's the future. I do agree, however, that every citizen without the means to defend themselves--in this day and age that generally means a firearm--is more likely to be a victim or a "subject" than those who do have the means to protect themselves and their ideals. Firearms cannot be uninvented. The only way to stand up to those who will not be prevented from acquiring them by ordinances and laws that would otherwise prevent the law abiding populace from acquiring them is to ensure that such mandates not be passed in the first place--they do nothing but hold back the law-abiding civilian populace in a state of risk, increased victimization at the hands of criminals with no regard for such laws, and one of the most important factors of the second amendment--the possibility of an oppressive government arising to take control.

Who will decide who to shoot?
Best just pick off a nigger now in case they decide to rob your local 7/11 next week or shoot anyone who looks Muslim just in case they have an explosive belt under their coat.
You are spouting paranoid crap. Put down your copy of the latest Bush speech about evil Muslims and your crappy newspapers that will print anything to sell a story and engage your brain.

That's some really pathetic shit right there, not only did you completely miss the point of discoman's argument, you had to throw in a racial slur as well? Pitiful. Discoman's painting a picture of what the future might look like, did he ever say anything involving the sick and hateful sounding stereotypes you're blasting this topic with? Not at all.

No, that was long ago. It's time to ask what my country is doing for me and the millions of American people who pay taxes so that our government can give it to other countries.
I know what my country wants from me.
The only thing my country wants me to do is pay taxes and then die.
