And they don't need to be radioactive either. A good-sized container mounted, say, on a tall building on a windy day would do the trick.
I am sometimes amazed these things don't happen all the time. Open borders, a borderline useless DHS, millions of illegal aliens and a LOT of people with seriously bad attitudes would seem like a gilt-edged invitation to terrorists.
Naturally, I'm rather pleased this DOESN'T happen, but it does make you wonder.
