Interesting news.

Schwarzenegger wants to join the emmission certifcacte exchange system of the EU. There are plans in the work where not only California but half a dozen of other US states would join the system. All of them Republican.

I mean I am no expert on US politix, but if that is not a house revolt on the climate issue, than its at least the prove that the closed rows of Republicans opposing the European way in all facettes, are getting holes.

He really isn't much of a Republican, he's actcually what is called a RINO. Republican in name only.
